  1. Can I apply online for all the categories offered by AEES?

You can apply only under 'DAE' category through this online Admission portal. Currently, we are facilitating Mumbai centre with the online admissions in 2019-20 session. For details of the Admissions related issues, please see the Common Admission Circular at www.aees.gov.in

  1. Is it compulsory to verify mobile number and email ID before submitting an admission form online?

Yes, it is compulsory to check and verify the mobile number and email ID with our Online Admission Portal before you can proceed to apply for the admission online.

  1. What are the benefits of applying online as compared to submitting admission form offline at the regional centre?

Online submission of application forms is preferable for the following reasons:

  • Admission form submission is instant.
  • Confirmation of successful submission is instant through email.
  • Documents are uploaded online.
  • The payment is accepted online, so there is no need to get the Demand Draft prepared.
  1. Can I use one set of E-mail address and mobile number to fill multiple admission forms?

No, You can use one set of E-mail address with one mobile number to fill one admission form only.

In case you wish to apply for more than one child please use alternate mobile number or altenate email ID for the second case.

  1. If the power/internet connection fails during the application process, what should I do?

Since the data is getting saved at the end of the last page submission (Final Submit button), your data will not be saved and you will have to apply again. If you are within a particular stage and the system is interrupted due to power failure or loss of connectivity, then your data will not be saved. Please start again using the same email ID and mobile number and complete the form submission process from the beginning.

  1. What is the detailed process for submission of online admission form?

  1. How should I pay the fee?

Fee for online Admission can be paid through SB Collect only which is having credit/debit card/ net banking options. Please refer How to Pay Fee Page for more details.

  1. What kinds of Credit/Debit cards are accepted for payment of the programme fee? Is there Internet banking facility is also available?

The Visa and Master Cards are accepted for making the payment of programme fee. Yes, the payment of fee can also be made through Net Banking.

  1. Payment has been deducted from Credit Card/Debit Card/ my account but I have not received any confirmation. What should I do?

If the payment has been deducted but you did not get acknowledgement for the same, please email the transaction details including your name, programme opted, mobile number, amount paid etc. to the Online SB collect Support Team.

  1. After Payment of the fee, what information shall I save for future reference?

You will get the confirmation of payment made by you through SMS and also take a print-out of the payment receipt.

  1. Where do I have to contact after successful submission of form?

Once the Admission Form is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation by email to that effect. AEES will provide you further information with regard to confirmation of your admission, allotment of schools and other details for induction etc. in due course. Please wait for the emails to be sent by AEES in this regard.

  1. What is the time frame for getting confirmation of my admission?

The admission form submitted by you needs to be scrutinized, verified and accepted by the AEC School concerned for confirmation of your admission. The Innovation and Technology Section shall communicate with you as soon as the verification process is completed by the school.

  1. Is it mandatory to upload a photograph and scanned copy of the signature while submitting the form online?

Yes. It is mandatory to upload the photograph (of the applicant/child)of the desired size (less than 25 KB) and scanned copy of the signature(of the parent) for applying online. In the absence of relevant photograph and signature your admission form is liable to be rejected.

  1. What are the documents to be submitted to apply for online admissions ?

The details of document(s) required to be uploaded are for the Online Admission are as follows,

1.     Scanned copy of the Birth Certificate

2.     Scanned copy of the Employee ID card of Parent (for DAE admission proof)

3.     Scanned copy of application form duly signed by the competent authority in DAE

4.     Scanned copy of online Fee payment receipt

  1. If I want to withdraw my admission, shall I get my fee refunded?
